An odd mixture: 1978 and 1980 clothes, 1979 doll and 1981 copyright for Pretty Changes paper doll

I am wondering if my Pretty Changes Barbie paper doll set is a reissue.  The doll was sold in 1979 and the clothes are from the 1978 and 1980 booklets.  But the paper doll set, #1982-42, is dated 1981.

The doll pictured is the rarer one with a straight bob, rather than the more easier found version with a curly bob. 

This set came with blonde and brunette wigs like the actual doll did.

The brunette wig makes Barbie
look like her 1969 Twist N Turn self.

The actual Pretty Changes Barbie did not come
with this yellow strapless swimsuit.

With the exception of the green and blue shorts sets,
all of these outfits are 1978 Best Buys.

Quite often, the clothes pictured on the back cover
are not included with the paper doll clothes, but these three are.
