Most of Ballerina Barbie's clothes are street wear, not tutus

Ballerina Barbie was introduced in 1976, and the first Whitman paper doll based on her was in 1977.  The folder's stock number was 1993-1, and it had a beautiful blue cover, both front and back.

Inside the folder are two paper dolls in Whitman swimsuits.  Most of the clothing are Whitman designs, except for Barbie's three Ballerina outfits and two variations of 1974 Best Buys.  They were 9326 Sugar Plum Fairy, 9327 Snowflake Fairy and 3929 Princess Aurora, plus Best Buy 7749 in pink and Best Buy 7752 in red.

I learned that this pose is called grand jete.

The dolls on the back cover are performing arabesques.

One doll wears toe shoes.

The second doll wears ballet flats.

The tutu on the lower left is Snowflake Fairy
and the dress in the upper center is Princess Aurora.
