British paper dolls printed by World International Publishing, part 2

Last year I wrote about a paper doll set I had purchased that was originally sold in England, Barbie at the Dream Cottage.

My new set is called Barbie on Holiday doll dressing set, and it too is dated 1986.  It includes a Barbie paper doll, generic clothing that is much too dressy to be wearing in an RV, and a seated stand-up Skipper.  Pictured on the cover are the yellow 1977 Star Traveler Motor Home, the Dream Pool from 1981, and her palomino from 1981, Dallas.

This book is a combination paper doll set/coloring book/storybook.  It was published in 1986 by World International Publishing Ltd. and printed in Germany.

Note that in the US the word is "Traveler" but in the paper doll book is the British spelling of "Traveller."

An unusual seated Skipper is included
with the Barbie on Holiday paper doll book.

The Barbie paper doll in this set
is the same as the Dream Cottage paper doll,
so they can wear each other's clothes.

Both Ken and Barbie are wearing generic clothes
on the front cover of Barbie on Holiday,
but the RV, pool and horse are all actual Barbie items.

Barbie was ahead of her time, getting a motor home!
Now people use them all the time!
